POSTAGE

TIMEFRAMES:

We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

Depending on your location we may opt to use a courier rather than Australia Post.

*Before ordering, please check Australia Post express timeframes, in the case that your parcel is sent with them.

*Courier Post is not delivered on weekends*

Please take all of these things into consideration when selecting postage.

We take no responsibility for postage delays.

TURN AROUND TIME

Suga Collection (online store) is available to purchase 7 days a week.

-2-4 BUSINESS day turn around time, NOT including public holidays.

PREORDER (holidays,etc.) timeframes will be listed on the preorder page.

This turnaround time does not include the postage timeframes.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON ITEMS IN THE SHOP

CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at Suga Suga Cookies, we are a small business.

Therefore, we are unable to allow for refunds in our business.

Custom Orders:

-Refunds/store credit will NOT be offered for change of mind, postage issues/delays or incorrect information/details provided by the customer.

-Store credit or discount MAY be provided for unforeseeable issues more than 7 days prior. *COVID is not an unforeseeable issue* this is only provided at the discretion of Suga Suga Cookies.

-If orders are cancelled/changed less than 7 days before, NO refund or store credit will be given.

Online Shop:

-NO store credits/ refunds will be given on ANY cancelled items in ONLINE SHOP

DIETARY INFO

Ingredients of our cookies are listed on the 'Thank you' card in the box of each purchase.

If you/the receiver has any allergies it is your responsibility to let us know when ordering.

Our regular cookies (all online store) DO contain dairy, egg & gluten products.

Ingredient List:

-Butter -Vanilla Extract

-Flour -Egg

-Sugar

Vegan/Dairy Free & Gluten Free are now available for custom orders.

Minimum order 15, incurring a $1.00 fee on top of regular pricing for each cookie.

Regular Cello Wrap (custom event orders, unless advised otherwise): 3-4 week shelf life

Heat Sealed (store purchases):

8-10 week shelf life

*When stored in a cool, dry place away from heat or sunlight (no fridges)*

*Discolouration may occur over a few weeks, this is completely normal and will not effect the taste of the cookies.
